Privacy Policy

Digital Help respects your privacy. Calculations on this site are performed directly in your browser (on-device) — we do not store the values you enter on our servers.

What data we collect

• Region: a cookie is stored to select Albania or Kosovo.
• Local preferences: your choices (region, theme, frequently used tools, and recent calculations) are stored only inlocalStorage your browser.
• Your CV: is saved locally in your browser so it can be restored automatically. It is not sent to our servers, unless you create it through an AI assistant (see below). You can delete it in the CV Maker or by clearing your browser data. JSON backups you download stay wherever you save them.
• Messages you send us: when you report a problem or suggest something, we keep the message, the page you were on, the language, your screen size and browser type, so we can understand the issue. Your email is kept only if you add it yourself, so we can reply. The values you enter into calculators are not sent. 👍/👎 votes are counted anonymously: we keep only how many votes each tool got per day, with no IP address.
• Ads and analytics: only after you give consent, Google AdSense and/or Google Analytics are loaded, which may set their own cookies.

AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT and others)

If you use Digital Help through an AI assistant, the assistant sends our server only the details the tool you asked for needs. We use them only to give you the result, and we don't sell or share them.

• Salary calculations: the amount, the country (Albania or Kosovo) and the options you chose are used to calculate the result and are not stored.
• CVs: the details you gave the assistant (such as your name, contact details, work history, education and skills) are stored as a draft so you can open it in the CV Maker. The draft is deleted as soon as you open the link, or after 60 minutes if you don't. Once opened, the CV is kept only in your browser.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes these requests for us and keeps short technical logs (such as the time, the requested address and any errors, which can include an IP address) for at most 7 days, to keep the service running.
• The assistant itself: what you type into the assistant is handled by its provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) under that provider's own privacy policy.

Cookie consent

Before ads or analytics are loaded, we ask for your consent. You can withdraw it at any time — see the cookie policy. Without consent, no trackers are loaded.

Your rights

You can delete local data at any time by clearing browser data, or by refusing/withdrawing cookie consent.
